In addition to our in-house repair and custom fabrication services the highly trained technicians from First Klas Packaging & Service, Inc. can travel to your location, troubleshoot your machine, and, if possible, promptly fix the problem on-site. If an immediate solution is not available, our technicians will provide a detailed analysis, along with their recommendations for a swift, reliable repair- all while minimizing your production downtime.
Please note that a purchase order is required at the time of initial service work. Our purchase orders are based on a normal eight-hour day, with a minimum charge of two hours. Any overtime, including weekends, holidays, and service calls over eight hours will be charged at 1.5X the normal hourly rate.
